What is Sublimation Printing
Sublimation Printing is a popular printing process in which solid ink is heated to temperatures above 350 degrees Fahrenheit changing the solid ink particles into a gas and which ultimately bonds with the desired fabric or surface. This process begins by properly designing the print by using techniques that work well with printer software and the sublimation process. The design is then printed using special sublimation ink and paper, transferred and cut and assembled if needed. Sublimation is a science which requires specific materials, equipment and time/heat.

Cut and Sew
Cut and sew sublimation is the process of printing directly onto raw fabric, cutting the fabric to the garments dimensions and sewing the garment together. Cut and sew sublimation is the highest quality and most customizable form of printing apparel. Spot Sub
Spot Sublimation printing is the process of printing using dye sublimation ink on specific locations of already assembled apparel. While printing using this technique somewhat limits the design, material and material color, it can prove to be a great alternative with lower cost. Spot sublimation prints are limited to light colored polyester material.
